Calculations on this site are estimates based on population averages. They may not reflect your individual circumstances. Body fat percentage from BMI alone is approximate. Calorie needs vary widely between individuals. Goal projections assume linear, idealized progress, which rarely matches reality.

Accuracy of calculations
Formulas come from peer-reviewed published sources, listed in our Methodology. They have known limitations. We make no guarantee that any number is correct for you personally.

Acceptable use
This site is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Scrape, copy, or republish the calculation logic for commercial purposes
- Misrepresent the site as something it isn't
- Use the site to harm yourself or others
Intellectual property
The site code, design, and content (excluding clearly third-party assets like Unsplash images and CDN-loaded libraries) is the property of Gaston. You retain full ownership of any inputs you make to the calculator since we never receive them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Belgian and EU law: we provide this site "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the calculator's output, or for damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
